For female researchers 

The Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF) is fully committed to gender equality. It aims to counter the under-representation of women scientists among the beneficiaries of the funding programmes through the use of specifically targeted measures. An important aspect of this commitment is the personal support of young women researchers (the facilitation of contacts and mentoring) as well as specific funding programmes and structural measures designed to promote the careers of women in research.
