j) How is peer review to be conducted and accounted for in the case of anthologies?

The editors or publishers must have anthologies peer reviewed before the application is submitted. The peer review must be conducted in line with international standards. In the SNSF's understanding, this involves obtaining at least one review from an independent expert that addresses the individual texts collected in the anthology. A review is considered to be "independent" if its author is not in any way directly linked to the publication, the editors or the authors. The review must be submitted to the SNSF along with the application.
