ERA-CAPS call: funding research in fundamental molecular plant science

The SNSF is participating in the call “Expanding the European Research Area in Molecular Plant Sciences”. With this call, ERA-CAPS (ERA NET for Coordinating Action in Plant Sciences) aims to finance high quality collaborative transnational research in fundamental molecular plant science.

The ERA-CAPS initiative addresses both current and future challenges in food and non-food crop production by coordinating and funding research. Swiss researchers can apply within the open call that includes (but is not limited to) the following research themes:

Food security
Non-food crops
Adaptation to a changing climate
Biotic/abiotic stress.
