CONCERT Japan: Participation of SNSF in Joint Call on Photonic Manufacturing
The SNSF participates in the second joint call organised by CONCERT Japan, an ERA-NET funded under the 7th Research Framework Programme of the European Commission. Researchers based in Switzerland are invited to submit joint proposals with at least one other European and one Japanese partner.
CONCERT Japan has launched a second joint call in which researchers based in Switzerland can participate. The call invites researchers from five European countries and Japan to submit proposals for projects in the following subject area:
- Photonic Manufacturing
Each project consortium should consist of at least three partners, one Japanese partner and two European partners from two different European countries that participate in the CONCERT Japan Joint Call (Italy/Region of Lombardy, Hungary, Slovakia, Switzerland and Turkey).
Research projects with an innovative dimension will be funded for a period of up to two years. The projects are expected to have mobility and networking dimensions in addition to the core research component. Swiss project parts may be funded with up to € 100,000 per project.
The proposals have to be submitted online using the PT-Outline webtool by 30 April 2014.
