Project funding: streamlined procedure for communicating funding decisions

The SNSF is streamlining its procedure for communicating funding decisions: in project funding, rejections will no longer be communicated initially through a provisional decision in which a deadline for the withdrawal of the application is indicated. Instead, a ruling specifying the reasons for rejection will be sent immediately.
