SNSF to present innovations at higher education institutions

29/Mar/2016

The SNSF will present the changes in research funding at higher education institutions in Zurich, Fribourg, Lugano, Bern, Basel and Lausanne.

The SNSF has adopted a series of measures to better tailor its research funding and particularly its project funding to the needs of a rapidly changing scientific system, and to make this funding more transparent and more attractive for scientists.

Project funding is the SNSF's main funding scheme, representing close to half of all allocated grants. It allows researchers from all disciplines to seek support for projects of their choice. Further details can be found at the SNSF website.
