NRP 64 Opportunities and Risks of Nanomaterials

The topic proposed by NRP 64 "Opportunities and Risks of Nanomaterials" was of paramount importance both from the scientific and the economic point of view. A variety of research activities have been launched on an international level.

Switzerland was compelled to continue developing its expertise and competence in this area, above all by participating in the development of new nanoproducts, of new methods of determining the danger from such products and in the standardization and regulation of the use of nanomaterials.
