The NRP "Healthy Nutrition and Sustainable Food Production" (13 million Swiss francs) aims to generate praxis-oriented basic knowledge on how to promote healthy nutrition in Switzerland and how safe, high-quality food can be made available in sufficient quantity and at affordable prices while minimising the negative impact on the environment and using resources as efficiently as possible.
