Agora Forum: training in science communication
To celebrate its 10th anniversary, Agora is offering an exclusive writing course for researchers who want to engage in science communication.
With the Agora programme, the SNSF specifically promotes dialogue between science and socie-ty. Scientists who wish to share their research and findings with a non-scientific audience are supported with grants of up to 200,000 Swiss francs. The next deadline for applications is 15 October 2021.
On the occasion of the 10th anniversary of Agora this year, the very first "Grant Writing Train-ing" will be held in September. Members of the Agora evaluation panel will discuss the neces-sary ingredients of success when drafting Agora grant proposals. In addition, participants will have the opportunity to work with science communication experts to develop and refine their project ideas.
