Conférence FNS « Recherche sur le coronavirus » du 21 au 23 mars 2023 à Thoune

Le Fonds national suisse organise du 21 au 23 mars 2023 une conférence sur la recherche sur le coronavirus, qui réunira toutes les équipes de recherche financées dans ce domaine ainsi d’autres groupes.

Pas moins de 100 groupes actifs dans de nombreux champs de recherche autour du SARS-CoV-2 et des pandémies sont attendus à cet événement. La majorité des personnes participantes sera issue des Programmes nationaux de recherche «Covid-19» (PNR 78) et «Covid-19 et société» (PNR 80) ainsi que de l’appel spécial du FNS relatif aux coronavirus. D’autres groupes de recherche financés dans le cadre d’Innosuisse, du FNS ou de projets associés à des financements européens seront par ailleurs présents.

Réunir les scientifiques spécialisés dans le coronavirus

La conférence interdisciplinaire poursuit deux objectifs : la mise à jour et l’échange des connaissances entre les disciplines biomédicales, les sciences sociales et d’autres disciplines. Des cycles de présentations et de discussions et des poster sessions permettront d’attirer l’attention sur l’utilité de la recherche à court et long terme dans la lutte contre les pandémies. La conférence accueillera en outre des discussions sur les réussites obtenues et les défis qui se sont posés au système suisse de recherche et d’innovation pour améliorer la compréhension d’une pandémie dans ses aspects les plus divers.

Le programme de la conférence inclut la conférence d’ouverture du PNR 80 ainsi que les conférences de clôture du PNR 78 et de l’appel spécial du FNS sur les coronavirus.

Les personnes intéressées sont invitées à participer à la journée publique de la conférence, le mardi 22 mars 2023.
