204 registrations for SNSF Consolidator Grants 2022
The pre-registration phase for the SNSF Consolidator Grants 2022 has ended. Registered researchers must now submit their proposals by 1 June 2022.
The SNSF has received 204 registrations for the SNSF Consolidator Grants 2022, which is almost twice the average number of applications for ERC Consolidator Grants submitted by researchers from Switzerland in the past years.
Due to Switzerland's current status of non-associated third country in Horizon Europe, the SERI mandated the SNSF to launch this transitional measure. It is aimed at researchers who want to carry out their research work in Switzerland and consolidate their scientific independence. Registered researchers now have until 5 p.m. on 1 June 2022 to submit their proposals.
