SNSF conference: Advanced Leadership Dialogue

What qualities do leaders in academia need to have to promote a more sustainable society. On 7 April 2022, the SNSF is hosting an online event that seeks to answer this question. The event is open to the public.

With its ‘Advanced Leadership Dialogue’ events, the SNSF aims to contribute to a transformed leadership culture in academia. This year the question up for discussion is how academic institutions and their leaders can successfully support the transition to a more sustainable society.

Anyone interested in this question is invited to join us on 7 April to share their views and experiences and extend their network under the guidance of the renowned transformation expert Anne Snick. This is an online event that is open to the public.

The conference also offers the opportunity to get to know the researchers who successfully applied for a PRIMA grant. With this funding scheme, the SNSF supports outstanding women researchers, thereby contributing to more diversity in academia. In 2023, PRIMA will be integrated into the new SNSF Professorial Fellowships scheme. The Advanced Leadership Dialogues will continue regardless of this change.

Participation in the conference is free. If you’re interested in taking part, please register by 31 March using the link below.
