Call for proposals on health and wellbeing
The SNSF is launching back-to-back calls on health and wellbeing in 2023 and 2024. The calls will provide financial support for researchers at universities of applied sciences and universities of teacher education.
The twin aims of this call are to provide targeted funding for health-related research projects and, by strengthening research at universities of applied sciences and universities of teacher education, to make the Swiss research landscape more diverse. The SNSF has a budget of 15 million francs for the 2023 call.
Researchers at universities of applied sciences and universities of teacher education can submit project proposals which are directly related to health and wellbeing via the mySNF platform with immediate effect. The deadline for the submission of project proposals is 5 p.m. on 1 May 2023. The SNSF’s project funding rules and general provisions apply. By the mandatory preregistration deadline, 15 January 2023, a total number of 280 project ideas were submitted.
A second call will take place in 2024.
