ScienceComm'14 conference: submission of abstracts
The ScienceComm'14 conference, which is supported by the SNSF, will take place on 18 and 19 September 2014 in Beromünster/Sursee. It will focus on three main topics: “Relation between science – media – politics”, “Science and art” and “Science visualisation”. The call for abstracts is now open, the submission deadline is 24 March 2014.
The two-day national conference ScienceComm takes place each year in autumn. It brings together Swiss science communication experts and offers them a platform for exchanging views and information. ScienceComm offers an overview of trends, tools and strategies with regard to science communication in Switzerland and beyond.
The conference primarily addresses representatives of higher education institutions and science festivals, press and public relations offices, the arts, museums and institutes of education as well as science journalists and politicians involved in education policies.
