SNSF Conference on Best Practices in Research Funding
The SNSF is organising a one-day hybrid conference on best practices in research funding on Monday, 27 September 2021.
The conference will take place at the Kursaal in Bern and online. Keynote speakers will be Cassidy Sugimoto, School of Public Policy at Georgia Institute of Technology, and Leonhard Held, Center for Reproducible Science at University of Zurich. Various SNSF projects and initiatives will also be presented, followed by a panel discussion with guests on research evaluation in Switzerland. With this event, the SNSF is aiming to stimulate debate and discussion on best practices in research funding and to provide an opportunity for networking in Switzerland and beyond.
Registration for in-person participation must be made no later than 10 September 2021. Please note that only limited spots are available for in person participation and that they will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
